This Refund Policy explains the terms of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible services.

01Our 30-Day Commitment

We stand behind our work. For eligible prepaid services, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your initial payment if the engagement has not yet entered active implementation and you are not satisfied with the direction of the work.

02What Is Eligible

  • Prepaid advisory, assessment, and planning packages within the first 30 days.
  • Services where active implementation or custom development has not yet commenced.
  • Requests submitted in writing with a clear description of the concern.

03What Is Not Eligible

  • Work already delivered, including completed assessments and delivered reports.
  • Custom development or configuration that has already begun.
  • Third-party software licenses or fees paid to external vendors on your behalf.
  • Engagements governed by a separate agreement that specifies different refund terms.

04How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email engage@erphealthhub.com with your organization name, the service purchased, the date of payment, and the reason for your request. Our team will acknowledge your request within two business days.

05Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
